Our Services

We’re experts in comprehensive wound care, from skin to ostomy treatments. Our team brings specialized care directly to skilled nursing facilities, improving patient outcomes and reducing hospital visits.

  • Wounds don’t take a day off. Neither should wound care.

We help your surgical wounds heal properly and quickly regardless of the day or time. We’re here for you.

  • We uniquely provide free bedside excision and pathology review of suspected skin malignancies for nursing home patients - a service our competitors promise, but only we deliver at no cost.

  • Boil? Abscess? Cellulitis?

AAA Wound Care provides incision and drainage at bedside.

  • Our advanced feeding tube management program responds in an average of 35.5 minutes, with issues typically resolved in under 3 hours. By efficiently handling G tubes and using our knowledge to place NG tubes we help avoid any unnecessary hospital visits.

  • We safely clean out bothersome earwax free of charge because we know it is the right thing to do.

  • To put it simply - we take care of any foot and ankle issues free of charge to the facility.

  • Our team of clinicians are circulating throughout San Diego and can remove surgical apparatuses prior to discharge.

  • Is the patient going home with the wound? We’ll follow the patient home. Patients can be reassured they will receive continuity of care even beyond their SNF stay.

  • We combine innovative techniques with personalized care for optimal skin health and wellbeing

Benefits of Using AAA Wound Care
for Administrators

Cost Efficiency

The most recent estimate for the cost of wound care for the US market was $3.35 billion in 2019. We help nursing homes maintain financial competitiveness by avoiding use of cost-ineffective therapy.

Employee Retention

We recognize treatment nurses to be the central pillar of excellent wound care. We do all we can to decrease the stress of that position, simplify daily workflow and documentation and provide the proper tools they need.

PDPM

Most administrators understand that PDPM now allows SNFs to capture the value of wound care provision, leading many nursing homes to change their stance in admitting patients with complex wounds. We have helped several nursing homes make this transition into becoming excellent wound care centers. Our documentation is designed to readily provide the data points that the MDS personnel needs to maximally capture the value of wound care at your facility.

Our Mission

As Wound Care Specialists, we provide compassionate, cutting-edge wound care tailored to the unique needs of every patient regardless of their background.

We serve in a way that makes the lives of all those involved easier, from the nurses, to the doctors, to the patients.

We do this by investing in the equipment, education, and technical ability of each member on our team than anybody else in the market. More importantly, we succeed by caring more about the patient than anyone else.

Our Vision

In our world today, so many people feel unnoticed and disregarded. We recognize these “invisible” individuals—homeless, seniors, and those in rural or underprivileged communities.

Our vision is to ensure they receive critical, high-quality wound care, empowering them and restoring unity within their communities through accessible, top-notch medical services.

By healing physical afflictions, we contribute to a sense of unity and well-being for marginalized individuals.
